At Inner Imprints, your privacy matters. This policy explains in simple terms what data I collect, why I collect it and how you can control it.

Inner Imprints is an independent creative project run by me, Renata Kosiaty.

What information I collect

I collect very little data, only what’s needed to make the website work smoothly:

  • information you give me — for example, if you sign up for a newsletter or contact me directly by email,
  • automatic information like cookies or analytics data (browser type, device, general location) — this helps me understand how the site is used and improve it.
How I use your information

I use your information only to:

  • reply to your emails,
  • send updates when you subscribe to a newsletter (you can unsubscribe anytime),
  • improve the website (through anonymous analytics and cookies).

This site may use cookies (small text files saved on your device) and tools like Google Analytics. Cookies help me understand visitor behavior and improve the site. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

To run the site, I may use trusted third-party tools, such as:

  • web hosting — the site is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. (hostinger.com); they store website files and may process technical data such as IP addresses and server logs to ensure the site’s security and performance,
  • newsletter/email services (if available, e.g., Mailchimp or Substack),
  • analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics).

These services only receive the data they need to function and follow their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask what personal data I hold about you,
  • request correction or deletion of your data,
  • withdraw consent (e.g., unsubscribe from the newsletter),
  • file a complaint with your local data protection authority if needed.

  • newsletter info — until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.
  • emails — only for as long as needed to respond and keep a record of communication.
  • analytics data — usually anonymized and kept in aggregate.

I protect your data using secure connections (HTTPS), trusted service providers, and limited access.

If I change this privacy policy, I’ll update it here and adjust the Last updated date.
